He’s not the type of QB who will get better on the bench.

Should’ve just started him until he got hurt, stunk up the joint, or miraculously showed out.

Daniel Jones has had multiple years to show he ain’t it why not give the young guy you reached the same opportunity.

He’s a quiet dude, very respectful and humble in interviews, even in the video where a streamer hung out with him and they hit the strip club you can see he does have a level of maturity to him despite being young. Married at 22 with kids. Glasses. He plays the role you want to see.

Recognizing what’s been said about him directly and indirectly it appears that he isn’t a hard worker and has issues with getting extra points. So you can see how that has brought about problems.

If you’re not a big talker and vocal leader, then your leadership has to come through example, but if you’re not a hard worker and have an issue with being late or missing sessions for treatment then how can other MEN look at you as someone they take serious? That’s why the players praised Danny’s leadership even if he’s a flat out bum. He’s the first one in practice to throw a pick before the sun rises.

So when you struggle for 2 years and still seem like a rookie going into Year 3, again that rep of not being a hard worker will make people think if you’re not maxing out in practice then you damn sure aren’t doing your homework at home away from people telling you what you need to do.

But for the Colts to pretend that it wasn't already known that he was a project and act like AR showed up one day to Indy without the team knowing that he was the teams 4th pick and pretend to not know who and what they drafted is INSANE. This was probably the Pill Popper's pick and since he's dead they can't blame him, so the organization is putting 100% blame on AR and that's just flat out bullsh1t

I don't think it's the organization, I think it's the HC at this point. Not sitting him for a year at minimum was relatively stupid. There's raw, and then there was this dude. The Bruno Cabaclo of the NFL.

Plus if you go back to when AR got benched last year if he wouldn't have gotten benched Pittman would have went on IR to have his back problem repaired but when they announced that Flacco was starting Pitt all the sudden wasn't injured and he told my barber that now he would get some balls pause
