I see your point, but the real issue is that the Richardson is a bottom tier Quarterback right now. He is currently trash. All the physical attributes don't contribute to winning. Has a huge arm and no accuracy. Built like a specimen with speed but gets hurt too often. Maybe he will improve but right now, he is not a Top 25 QB.

He should've made a strong statement on the field.

Is it fair they brought in strong competition? Prolly not, NFL should give qbs time to develop, but that's the game. I like richardson, he's arguably top 10 most physically talented qb in the league. But buddy can't hit the broad side of a barn and hasn't done whatever his coaches need to feel confident in him to hand him the keys. I think he'll get some reps this year, i hope he does something with it.

The coach and GM are working under new management and are fighting for their jobs, this wasn’t going to be a developmental year.

I’m not saying DJ is or isn’t the answer, I’m just saying I understand the rationale for them, it’s “win now” situation.

I’ll always support Black QBs, but I won’t be a blind supporter.

Dude has had plenty of opportunities to establish himself as QB-1. He’s always injured and when he’s on the field he can’t complete routine QB passes. He consistently has one of the worst completion percentages.

And it’s not the end of the world, Daniel Jones is going to fu#k up at some point during the season. AR will have another opportunity to win that job.

Same....I just dont think he is as "elite" as he thinks he is....do i think the Colts were h0es for immediately naming trash a$s Daniel Jones the starter vs still making them duke it out, absolutely but...buddy needs to show and prove some sh1t....he has a big arm and size but thats really about it....the way people criticize shedeur you'd think he was Anthony Richardson....I think he would've benefited greatly from sitting behind a veteran a year like Russel Wilson to absorb the game and playstyle....I'm pulling for him but he definitely gotta prove it not just talk it.
