Members are required to provide their name & email address. Registration requires a valid email address. We delete accounts from users whose emails bounce.

You also decide how much personal information is visible to Boxden members in your user profile. Non-members are not able to see your profile details, email you, or send you a private message. From the User Control Panel, you have the option of providing some additional information such as occupation, interests, and homepage URL. This information is made available to other Boxden users to foster a sense of community. If you have any concerns about providing this information, simply leave these fields blank.

Use of the website involve use of "cookies.”. This includes retention of your username and password on the computer you are working on, which helps track your last read message when you revisit the forum. You have the option to turn these cookies off at any time by updating your user profile preferences. What data is processed: Boxden uses Oembed Read via Instagram Graph API to retrieve embed html and metadata from public Instagram videos/images. The data include video, images, description, user name, and Instagram profile link.

How Boxden processes the data: Boxden uses Oembed Read via Instagram Graph API to retrieve sharable embed html code so that Instagram links are automatically converted to the full viewable format of the post.

Purpose of processing the data: Boxden uses the embeddable Instagram post html code so that viewers on Boxden can view the content without having to click the link and be forwarded off the site.

How you can have your data removed from Boxden:

1) Submit a data deletion request: To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to info@boxden.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, please include your full name, email address, pertinent URL's containing personal embed content, and a clear statement requesting deletion of your data from boxden.com.

2)Wait for confirmation: Once we receive your data deletion request, we will process your request as per applicable laws and regulations. We will send you a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
