Correct they all had pretty decent upbringing. Styles mom is a educator. Sheek parents worked honest jobs. They spoke about this at length in a Source magazine issues in early 00s.

In NYC you can 100% go to private/catholic school n be hood/street … being hood from NYC is different than being hood from the south.. Nggas from the projects in NYC are different then let’s say Magnolia or Thomasville.

n1ggas who haven't been anywhere but the hood think that having 2 parents who sacrifice for a better life make a man less Black or some sh1t. It's ignorance in it's purest form. My pops taught me to be a fu#kin warrior. He helped me become a state champion wrestler and showed me how to handle myself in the world.

I went to a private school for a year because my AAU basketball coach was there and we had just moved to this new city. Between the spending my summer working to pay for what the scholarship didn't cover and dealing with rich and clueless mf's who I wasn't used to being around, I didn't last a year before I was at the 99% Black school that I really wanted to go to the whole time.

Now, considering all this and how I write, you probably wouldn't suspect that I'm a 6'4 240 tattooed Black man who's actually far more dangerous than I look. This goofy, "Black equates to broken homes and prison bids" sh1t that folks who hate your guts instilled in your brains gotta fu#kin go.
