As long as the bicep is getting engaged you don't need strict form on curls. Yeah strict is better but a little rocking like he's doing is stopping nothing.

Came to say this. Bro is getting older and staying active, that's doing more than 95% of people in this country.

I thank god I kept my jogging routine and lifting routine up cause when i've taken extended breaks i damn near feel dead when i go back now that im in my 30s.

Good for him, hope he keeps it up.

This would imply that you can control the rocking most people CANNOT control rocking to where they just do it “a little”. It’s best to go in with correct form (correct doesn’t mean strict either) and rocking does indeed impede progress because you are recruiting unnecessary muscle groups for a simple movement

Easier to lift heavy and eat like garbage then to be disciplined in eating and get shredded

I get it dudes asking for me advice to be cut damm near twice to three times a week in the gym i tell em dude do you see me lifting in heavy weights in here? They say no and I say exactly its about small portions

You'll get more bicep engagement by not rocking and forcing the bicep to do all of the work like the exercise was designed for. And it's also about making sure you don't ruin your back or shoulders which is far more likely to happen when you cheat the exercise with all that rocking.
