this bi#ch is so cringe, Serena has gotten more scrutiny than she ever has and never broke down crying in nearly two decades. This bi#ch gets praised by the media and treated with kid gloves, she isn't going to last. Women in sports can be pretty pathetic sometimes, if this was a man, they'd be getting clowned and rightfully so

But this sh1t is just annoying. If you are having mental issues to the point you cry as an adult for no apparent reason, in a room full of strangers, you need to go seek help.

Just watching her regularly breaking down is pointless and irresponsible.

Not at the press conference being asked a question.. difference there. One thing I would like to know is does she have these same episodes in general, regardless of media. Is she breaking down crying daily/weekly about the stress of life (like many do) or is this only triggered when having to answer media questions?

Tiger was ashamed to be black and I have yet to meet an Asian IRL that claims Tiger woods, yet all these Asians try to claim Osaka (even though they all hate Japs) even though she states plainly she�s a black woman

Yeah I just saw this too and that was my same thought.

The people in her corner gotta get her some media training so she can figure out how to just say "I don't know" "I'll think about it and get back to you" or "When I know I'll let you know". It seems like she's thinking too hard on how to please everybody.

I myself find it funny she has “mental issues” but willingly put her self on the cover of the SI Swimsuit issue after her first breakdown. I give the benefit of the doubt to most people but something ain’t adding up here. Just take the time away from the spotlight to get mentally right.

We don't take mental health seriously in the black community. You could see that with the numerous insensitive victim-blaming replies here like, "This generation is soft", "She's seeking attention", "She's being a baby". She's a young woman who was abruptly thrusted into the spotlight. Ill-prepared for the constant public scrutiny she receives. She could also be suffering from an undiagnosed mental condition which could be exacerbated by being in the public eye.
