Here's some of what Chatgpt said about this "secret":

⚠️ The Catch

You cannot borrow against the full $1M face value immediately. You can only borrow against the cash value, which takes years to accumulate.

To grow significant cash value, you must pay much higher premiums (tens of thousands per year for a $1M whole life policy, depending on age and health).

This is why wealthy families sometimes do it — they have the cash flow to fund big policies, then use them as a tax-advantaged borrowing tool.

✅ So yes — the structure is real:
Trust + Permanent Life Insurance + Policy Loans = Access to Tax-Advantaged Cash.

❌ But no — you can’t just buy a $1M policy “cheap” and immediately borrow large amounts. It’s a long-term wealth strategy, not a quick hack.
Thanks for clearing that up. I knew it was too good to be true.

Kinda wild you have VAs locking up and closing deals. MFers clearly sound like they aren’t American and a homeowner is willing to sign an agreement with the over the phone.
I got a phillipino VA he begged me for like 2 years but he sounds American and is very professional and knows his sh1t and is relentless damn near more than me at this sh1t lol that’s my boy tho he’s damn near like family I bought him whatever he needed to succeed new monitors new laptop extra spending money the US dollar goes far there so I broke him off decent and he closed deals we do at least 2 deals a month on land deals can net consistent $5k a month and I’ll slide him $1k he living good out there plus on top of his weekly pay so he’s seeing about $1500 in the Philippines that’s fu#king great and I found him on Facebook

I'm not buying a term policy where the odds are from my vantage point that I will likely out live. This is life, anything can happen any minute but I'm not purchasing that. I gotta whole life policy. Don't know what your disagreement with my comment is
Not disagreeing with you.

Just saying the reason for term is not necessarily if u don’t think you will outlive it.

The reason for term would be to insure your family can stay afloat with out you. After the term expires your betting that if something happens you are already well off..

Just kinda depends on your situation

Why not just get a policy that expires when you expire, guaranteed, regardless of your expiration date?

Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme. I don't invest in junk. Right now I'm invested in the first digital asset bank who's CEO has already helped write TWO bills that have gotten passed, one in Nebraska and the other on the Federal level and they've been working on this for years. So what part of that is "get rich quick"?
