After looking at the 2 minute version of the video..

..the son had to have some intent to do something to the shooter because the father and mother ran towards the door. The son was standing in the same spot as the moms and went the opposite way directly towards the shooter. He was better off running upstairs and run to the next building via the rooftop.

Now i see why the shooter shot the son. You don't run towards the shooter unless you trying to disarm/kill him. The son wasn't trapped at all he could have also ran with his family, but ran to the shooter. If you peep the sons right hand, it almost looks like he was reaching for the blick.

I never understood people not being considerate of their neighbors. I have a 100lb dog and live upstairs in a two family house. When my dog gets too excited, I sit him down and relax him. We try to keep our noise down. My fiancée loves music and my brother when he (rarely) visits, loves playing his DJ set to practice. I always make sure that we keep the noise as low as possible. I don’t understand being oblivious to other people living near you.

The whole thing started because more than likely dude trying to sleep, probably got a night shift & they got them kids doing all that extra sh1t. He bangs on the ceiling & told them to chill. Muscle head stomps & tells him SMD.

His bi#ch come out talking crazy, & tells her foh son come out talking flip, muscle man tries to be a simp.

The rest is history...

Kid got shot because he probably thought he was trying to take the gun.

People keep saying the daughter shouldn't of shut the door. In that situation she was lucky she did because that n1gga would of killed that entire family if she didn't shut that door.

Also, there is no self defense. MAYBE, he could of got off with one or two shots when homie pulled the scissors but remember 3 things: 1. This is NYC, self defense don't work like that. 2. His back was turned & 3. He came back when he was done and shot him in the head.

The real reason he getting life is because he killed his son who had nothing to do with it. Lock his a$s up.

He getting life because he shot in the back & executed the Father.

He might have gotten manslaughter for both of he had not stand over & execute. The sin running towards him can be taken as he was trying to take the gun & I had to shoot because my life was in danger. Same sh1t cops use.

Yeah but he's not a cop so that excuse ain't working in court. Like I said, this is NYC, I'm from here and never met a n1gga who got off on self defense. Plus, in NYS in order for the "i was afraid for my safety" excuse to work, the son would have to have a weapon of equal or greater force which he didn't. He might get manslaughter for the father (if he had a license) but the son? He going down for that.

Ain't no excuse for this sh1t. This n1gga was looking to kill from jump street.

Everybody keep mentioning the steps.. he could have went upstairs because that's where he was positioned at. I'm not buying that theory, I'm sticking to what you quoted in my previous post til more info/further notice comes out.

People just want peace man. No one is trying to work 8-10 hours a day then try to kick back and watch a movie but can’t because these people upstairs or next door have no consideration. There are just things you can’t do when you live in an apartment and you have to accept that.
