this is beyond fu#ked up, dude shot the dad from behind then the son tried to escape and he killed both execution style if the other members of family wouldn't have gone inside the apartment he would've killed them too

killer is sick in the head and was waiting so bad to pull the trigger

hopefully the killer spends the rest of his life rotting in jail getting buttfu#ked every day with his hands, d1ck, and tongue chopped off

obviously the dad shouldn't have started acting tuff, but you clearly didn't watch the whole video you fu#king ret@rd after he shot the dad the first time from behind, the dad was crawling to the door and he went back to shoot the dad again in the head when the dad was already down after he killed the son, that's clear murder

You're logically right, but nyc laws don't work that way. A double homicide is not self defense when the step son got head tapped just for trying to escape.

How was the dad "never" a threat when dude was the original aggressor with a pair of scissors at the shooters face/neck? Once dude retreated back then yeah wasn't a threat at that point. It's possible dad signaled his wife to go get the blick, but we have no audio to prove it.
