Staying or going to another HBCU is a lateral move and in reality backwards motion. At this point it’s about doing something greater like creating new structures and other forms of pipelines for HBCU programs…not staying there to keep going undefeated. It’s not like he can’t still be involved with the development of HBCUs on and off the field. Like you said strike while you’re hot…have your name live in honor so you have the Midas touch whenever you do decide to make a move involving HBCUs. Last thing we need is for him to have mediocre season and for sports pundits to tarnish his name, legacy and decision to go to JSU in the first place.
