From the looks of the video, the killer went up there with his gun with the green beam on it and was trigger happy. Before the father even went to get scissors the killer was touching his gun and was about to pull it out. He went up there to use his weapon. When the father was walking away the killer could’ve easily left down the steps and ended the confrontation but he decided to use his gun and shoot the father in the back. Then he dumped a bunch of bullets into the son leaving him there to die. You can see the son still breathing his last breaths as he’s full of bullets and covered in blood. The father tried to get back into his apartment then the killer walked over to execute him with a close range shot to the head. The killer is so psychotic that he calmly waits for the elevator, he didn’t even run down the stairs. This is a cold blooded killer and anyone co-signing this has some serious apathetic mental health issues.

They had been going back and forth for years over the noise the family was making upstairs...apparently the upstairs neighbors would move furniture early in the morning and late at night...they both got so petty they would purposely make noise to annoy each other...one jumping on the floor to annoy the downstairs neighbor and the other hitting the ceiling with a broom to annoy upstairs neighbor....several unresolved complaints filed from downstairs neighbor...downstairs has a sick elderly mother he lives with...they would constantly threaten each other daily just passing by each other smh...this was a festering situation destined to end bad and it sure as hell did....im not liking how the mom closed the door like that tho but thats just me...this is a prime example of grown folks not behaving like adults and coming to an understanding...total tragic situation smfh....self defense is out the window when you stand over already shot/downed non threatening individuals and shoot them execution style like he did

obviously the dad shouldn't have started acting tuff, but you clearly didn't watch the whole video you fu#king ret@rd after he shot the dad the first time from behind, the dad was crawling to the door and he went back to shoot the dad again in the head when the dad was already down after he killed the son, that's clear murder
