It's an asset in your trust. You can also put things like iras in there and it's life insurance. You're basically parking the money. Like buying a gold bar or another asset that could appreciate

Wealth management services require that you already have wealth to manage. More times than not, your assets better be in the M's if you want their services.

This...100%. Especially when it's followed by "I learned from TikTok" and "ultra wealthy".

For starters...let's state the obvious. This guy is saying to take a loan against the asset (the policy). Well...loans don't come without interest.

Financially un savvy people need to realize this concept is intended to be an investment vehicle, not to generate income from the policy --- you have to pay back every penny plus interest (if you lapse...the IRS will be in touch). The only time this is an income vehicle is when your DEAD and it's going to your beneficiary.

That said, don't do this. Take that money (more if you can) and invest in the stock market every pay check --- into a low cost S&P 500 or Total US Market index fund.

I'm 40 years old, that's all I've done and I have a little north of $1M after 8 years of heavily putting into that market. I'm a high-ish earner, but even on an average income you can be a millionaire by 60 just by being boring, patient and investing consistently.

That said, if 60 is too old....then invest in yourself now --- get an actual education (not TikTok) and learn a skill or trade that pays well. You don't have to live a life making $20/hr until you're dead.

If you actually cleared 3K in five days, post up four things: (1) a full account statement for those exact dates showing realized P&L net of fees from a live funded or broker account, (2) a payout receipt from the prop or broker, (3) a bank deposit screenshot matching that payout, (4) a short screen recording logging in and filtering those dates that shows account type and realized P&L. If it’s crypto, export the exchange trade history and show the withdrawal.

Until then it reads like demo marketing. Don’t bring BX cherry-picked SIM fills with zero fees and call it ‘money made.’ Show real, net, withdrawable profit or better still… drop the sh1t.

We're supposed to go check out some lots in the Near future. He's retiring from his job in a few months so who knows what he'll be getting into
Start looking in areas that have a lot of traction and lots being sold like Florida Ga NC and TX once you identify a hotspot start building a buyers list of builders who build on vacant lots and start asking for price points and criteria

Real estate with someone else’s money is a dangerous game a lot of people shouldn’t be playing.

I did research all of 2020. didn't make one cold call. For the first month of 2021, i did nothing but cold calls, but i wasn't really getting anywhere. I put up an add for VA's from the phillipines and offered a rate that was 25% higher than the going rate because i knew that would attract the best candidates. talked to about 100 of them, trained the 5 that i hired, and started there. i had a job at the time that required me to drive around and i would see abandoned properties and make note of the addy, load it up in propstream, and reach out to those people personally.

so technically, with the infrastructure set up, i maybe put in an hour a week, but that was just to talk to the seller as "the man in charge" because men always assume theres a man in charge of buying properties; we never talked business, i would code switch and talk about baseball or something because it was usually white men. that made them comfortable and i was good. the week i made 77k, that was from two contracts that happened to close in the same week. i picked up a 50k check on monday and a 27k check on wednesday. those results are rare and not in the norm, especially these days. georgia is an attorney state when closing real estate deals like this, so i picked the checks up from two different law offices.

I would say that 77k was made in two months of texts/calls but it wasn't by me. the thing with it is, it's tiring, and you are gonna get 1000 "No's" but that one yes could make you 50 grand. normally my deals would range from 4k to 25k. it just really depends on the market you're pulling lists from and how creative you can get.

So from another perspective. A parent takes out the policy for their kids. When they’re 30 they have say $50,000 to cash out to buy a house regardless of the market volatility, etc. It’s not a scam, but kind of out dated considering the other options that are available now.
