This is a conspiracy theory that actually has some evidence to back it.

Wayfair like amazon and Walmart you can be a third party vendor and sell as a third party

Also , inventory online is not uploaded By ceos or owners of the company LOL
So let’s use our brains for a second if it was being listed directly from Wayfair
