I was living in VA and I remember that summer consisting mostly of Luda, Jay Z, Ja Rule, Juvie, Fat Joe, that Bad Boyz 4 Life song, and Trick Daddy (Imma Thug).

Jay seemed to be the standout though. I felt like he owned the summer.
