Grant Williams for a 1st is funny because they say some of us overvalue our players i.e. folks upset with Obi deal. They can have one of those picks that may not concede

Edit: So grant went for an unprotected 1st rd pick swap in 2030 and Reggie Bullock. I guess the Celtics didn't want Bullock which is why the Spurs were brought into the mix.

Fournier's expiring remains a trade chip. Hartenstein's production + expiring is a trade chip. IQ, RJ or Randle available when we decide what our offensive identity is and trade them for something that better fits.

We have the personnel to be a motion offense. We'll see what happens though.

Someone said having him is like having a 1st round pick this season I dont recall too many good games from him. Jalen Harris, DaQuan Jeffries, and Jaylen Martin were the highlights of our team. Isaiah Roby being a 5th year player struggling in the summer leads me to believe we will sign a backup PF. Its only one game but he didn't look good out there him and Keels mightve been the two worst.

I was looking at Keels and Roby as the players to focus on and dominate and so far they look like they should stay in the G-league all year.

Like the kid Martin and Knicks should sign him for the g-league team.

D. Jeffries was impressive.

I was expecting him in a package trade for an upgrade. Not a downgrade to two lesser of 2nd round picks. 2 lesser 2nd round picks nobody wants to go along with our heavily protected 1st. 2 lesser picks to fill out the G league roster. FOH acting like we shouldn't be upset about a bad trade. Obi was an asset. 2 2nd round lesser picks is not. In fact it has created a need with no immediate plans to fill it. Who is Randle's back up and how much is it going to cost. You couldn't trade 2 2nd round lesser picks to fill it. At the very least I was hoping to package Obi for Myles Turner. Instead we gave Myles Turner a teammate and all it cost was 2 2nd round lesser of the picks.

Knicks are going to end up trading their only non-protected pick, their own pick, to get rid of Evans. sh1t for us to agree to take the lesser of the 2nd round picks, we should had made them take Evans with Obi.

Honestly I would have liked to have seen a OB1 for Duarte trade because both players got traded for 2nd rounders, respectively; however, that would have made sense.
