Brunson is top 10. Randle top 25-30 . Murray top 40. OG top 50-60.

Top 5 coach. It’s time to make one more move. Gotta give Brunson as much to work with as possible!


If we can get Murray, he can guard Dame/Brown .. OG can guard Giannis/Tatum. And those are the two biggest threats in the East.

We would have another elite creator . And we would always have one or both Brunson /Murray on the court at ALL TIMES. Murray was just an all star about two years ago. He’s legit.
My only gripe with Murray is that he joined a good Hawks team and they have seemingly regressed since he got there. I don’t know if he makes enough of an impact to justify the cost it would take to bring him over.

I’d much prefer Brogdon as I have seen his impact in Milwaukee and in Boston.

You’re overthinking it brother. Atlanta was always fools gold. We overachieved that year, but we weren’t a real 4 seed . If Ben Simmons didn’t have a meltdown, 76ers beat them. That Atl playoff run was a fluke.

Trae Young can’t play off ball.. Brunson can. He excelled with Luka. And I actually think Trae inefficient play is holding Murray back.

Having two great creators in the backcourt is a rarity in this league (Suns, Mavs, etc.) .. We’d have an all star caliber guard on the floor for all 48 minutes

Brogdon way too injury prone. And Murray is a better player .

Imagine the defense Murray and OG would be playing on the perimeter in Thibs schemes . 🔥 Murray and OG would cover for Brunson on defense (Especially Murray defending point of attack)

Again , this is about maximizing Brunson. We all see what we have with him. We gotta surround him with as much to give him a shot.

Especially since he & Randle are on bargain contracts.

It’s still gonna cost too much. He is not the final piece. We can trade for Brogdon and then add him to a bigger deal in the future. Murray will cost too many assets.

Either way, he is signed to Klutch Sports. They ain’t trading him to NY. Watch the Lakers get him for cheap.

Why we can't get Murray and Brogdon?

I think it would only cost us 3 firsts total. 2 for Murray and 1 for Brogdon.

We would still have multiple firsts left for another deal later in the offseason if needed.

Jamal Murray got a ring as the second best player on a championship team. Jalen Brunson is better than Jamal Murray.

FVV got a ring as the second best player on a championship team. Brunson is better than Fred.

Brunson is clearly a star, not a superstar (there are only maybe 5 to 7 in the whole league) but improving his effectiveness, efficiency and usage as the main point of the Knicks offense while being undersized and not having the most athleticism tells you a lot about his talent and skill. He's more than just an average player with a green light.

Yall be caught up in individual sh1t when it's a team sport. If an Embiid or a Booker was surrounded with the Knicks team as currently constructed they'd be a contender.

That’s the thing . I think Murray is the last piece . Considering how we have played since the OG trade . We knocking on the door step.

Either you’re underselling Murray or overvaluing Brogdon . Brogdon was just in the garden a few weeks ago and had like 4 points . Brogdon is not like that man. And he’s injury prone
