For a n1gga who never sold a bunch of records himself dude has A LOT to say about other who have
Nicki would have floated on that beat..and truthfully carti didn't really pop it like that.
how many records you sold? then tell me why should I give a fu#k about what you have to say?
again i dont know why these five guys are commenting on a cardi b album sales for so long ...they not her audience ....
they don't know how less of a star she is or how big
they need to ask some younger females...
even if it's great there is no way they keeping a cardi b album in rotation lol...let's keep it a buck and move on to the next topic
they even talking about gunna album ...i find it hard to believe they keeping that in rotation ...just coz of the era they are from
not saying any of it is bad music ...but they know that type of music doesn't resonate with them ...
this need for older podcasters to talk about the newest music is funny lol
I'm glad Joe can at least be honest and give actual critiques about it, not surprising seeing he's the only real artist up there and his pen was immaculate.
That said, the other co hosts and their initial opinions on it summarizes why I been stopped tuning in. Pod was much better and authentic before it became a gang of unneeded voices. Can't be mad, he making his money off this formula, just not off me.
Ice is honest
A good sales day for Cardi B isn’t a huge ask in 2025. Surely half the album will be her joints that already went crazy. Then you have the rabid response to her celebrity that will have people at least checking for her music.
200k not in pure sales is absolutely achievable because the industry will pad the release.
I agree , they already counting her sales off her other singles towards this album which I find is very weak. They pushing they outside bs single on radio like it’s bodak yellow and it was wwe summerslam official theme song. This is why I kind of fell out of love with rap music too. Those they want to heavily invest in will look like stars . The label knows off the rip . Just like that throwback picture with kudi drake and wale sitting on those washer machines . U knew they were gonna push Drake out the bunch.
They pushed all of them but Drake was already going to be the star from at least 2 years back and everyone knew this was the guy they were investing in
He was doing a lot of writing behind the scenes
