Agent needs to sit down… it’s a business and Colts got themselves an insurance policy in case AR does not improve and continues with the same previous performance. Colts would be doing a disservice to their fans by keeping a stagnant, non-competitive QB.
AR should be seeing this and be more competitive, not crying to his agent. Ain’t nothing guaranteed in life… business is cut throat, grow or die.

And it’s not the end of the world, Daniel Jones is going to fu#k up at some point during the season. AR will have another opportunity to win that job.
Word. He's historically bad completion-wise. But, in standard bx-fashion, it's gotta be racist. He'll get another opportuity elsewhere - and, it's on him to maximize it. Stop offloading accountability.
