Jdub just killed in the finals
Y'all be talking to talk on here
Bro is a 6’5 dude at the 4 and he went to Santa Clara
And Draymond is 6’6 playing center and he’s a HOF.
You’re naming outliers. Unless somehow Bryce had like a 7ft wingspan we’re all unaware of, he’s gonna need to get taller if he’s gonna have a great shot at being an impact player. Being a 6’5” non pg in today’s NBA is becoming more and more rare. Especially given dudes not crazy strong, or crazy athletic. It’s def possible, but it’s very uncommon. How many teams start a 6’5 player who isn’t a PG? And by PG I mean is either the primary offensive engine/playmaker, or guards PGs?
I don’t know if Bryce is gonna be good enough to be the primary playmaker on an NBA team, and he’s not athletic enough to be a POA defender. That’s ok if you’re like 6’7” but if not that’s sort of a problem.
Perfect example is Tyler Herro and Davion Mitchell. Neither dude is more than 6’5”, but one is good enough to be the primary playmaker on an NBA team and put up all star numbers and the other is a legit POA defender. If Bryce can’t get at least as good as Herro, which is a stretch, where is he gonna play?
I kinda saw Bryce as sort of like Josh Giddy but Giddy is like 6’7” or 6’8”, and he’s also more of a true pg than Bryce. Not hating on him just looking at reality.
