I’m tired of seeing all these frauds on BX on their stolen valor sh1t. If anyone is on here claiming crazy sh1t about being this or that in the army or the military please tag me in the post. I can easily check any of these dudes claims. Especially if they’re trying to claim being infantry. Im tired of seeing these dudes in here claiming sh1t they aren’t

Retired early as a Technical Sergeant

My last duty station was at Langley Air Force Base, VA.

I was in Supply, for both branches

Damn that’s a long a$s time about 17 years. They didn’t make you go indef? I haven’t heard of many going from Army to Air Force. Usually it’s the other way around I know the Air Force is picky. Why didn’t you do the last 3 you were right there

Because of the aftermath of 9/11, the Air Force was looking for people and I was already trained in logistics. So they needed people for deployments. I even came back in as E-4.

As far as retiring early, I was just ready to go man I needed to do something different.

Yeah, I'm only getting 40% of my pension instead of 50%. But I still get full retirement benefits regardless

Did my 4 and got out cause that was always the plan

You gotta tell me how you got 40% without retiring. I need to know cuz that’s not even a bad deal I don’t know of anyone that got out and got 40% without doing 20. Cuz if you can do that count me in. I do know the different services needed people after 9/11.

That’s dope what part of the baby were you in? My little one is in the navy now.
