He should have been first ballot. Ridiculous. Man was a tackling machine and as consistent as you can get from the inside linebacker spot. He was also a major playmaker. I think it hurts him that he played in a time with Urlacher so he didn't get the shine as the "best LB in the NFL"

Small/undersized. Slow. Not very athletic. Irrelevant. One of the best LBs of all time. Generational player.

I will say that Thomas is on the same level as Urlacher and Derrick Brooks but slightly below Lewis. I think he should definitely be in the HOF.
