The real answer is he played for the Dolphins. If he played on a higher profile team or a team that had more success he'd be in. Jason Taylor made it but that was because dude was like Top 5 in All Time sacks by the time he retired.

Zach made more all pro teams, in case bx forgot what that was that is strictly for the best of the best in football. 2x linebacker of the year which means he was voted by his peers and coaches as the best linebacker in the league something Urlacher never got and he made the all decade team alongside Ray and Brian. All of these dudes led multiple top 10 defenses... I'm not sure why some of y'all are acting like Zach isn't in the same class as these two.
