First time watching JSU all year and that was an exciting game. I truly wish i went to a hbcu. It would be nice it someone could turn atleast 1 hbcu into a naitonal powerhouse of its own seems like they'll always be used as a steppin stone to something bigger

sad that he chose to leave for Colorado. For me one more year and leaving for a better job would’ve been understandable but he just seems like any other coach. If its not about the money and about the movement you stay and continue to put on for the SWAC and J State. Not a fan of his decision but its his decision, 2 years… aint waste no time jumping onto the next.

Never begrudge a person for taking an opportunity, but part of his argument in coming to Jackson State was to show that players could get from HBCUs to the NFL. What better way to do that then actually stay and graduate a class? Better yet let your son finish and the go to the NFL as a HBCU grad?

Prime accomplished as much as he could at Jackson State the school wasn’t willing to invest the money to get to the next level so he had to move on. HBCU’s haven’t got this much attention since the Air McNair days. In a short time period his involvement has gotten HBCU’s a tv deal. people got the right to feel some type of way but at the same time you gotta understand the limitations of HBCU sports.
