Now this particular case isn’t even that crazy, putting a pair of scissors to someone neck and threatening them and turning your back as they have a gun is a death sentence for being too arrogant.

I'm reading comments from ppl who know. they been going at it for a while about noise.

seeing he a weight lifter, I already know they was slamming dumbbells on the floor all crazy.

and I read shooter lived with an ill mother and thats why he kept complaining.

but then, the wife did an interview saying how he would complain even when there wasn't any noise.

this sht been bubbling. the worst opp to have is a neighbor. There's only one way that beef ends.

Yeah but he's not a cop so that excuse ain't working in court. Like I said, this is NYC, I'm from here and never met a n1gga who got off on self defense. Plus, in NYS in order for the "i was afraid for my safety" excuse to work, the son would have to have a weapon of equal or greater force which he didn't. He might get manslaughter for the father (if he had a license) but the son? He going down for that.

Guns are illegal in NYC, and it's hard asf for the normal citizen to get a carry permit but I think I read that the killer used to be a corrections officer. They can carry but I don't know if they took his license away.

Old school sociopath. The projects used to be full of them until those mandatory minimums cleared the streets in the 90s. Then their babies grew up to be the ops you see these days. Sad turn out. Violence is a part of life but conflict resolution is more powerful. You never know how the next man responds to a beast down or threat.
