The father that got shot was a threat initially. As stupid as it was, you can’t put a sharp object like a scissor to someone’s neck/face…they can claim their life was in danger. In most states, once someone turns around and is leaving, at that point they are no longer a threat and you cannot legally use deadly force.

This all happened because of ego, which as a man I understand. Us men gotta be willing to take the L sometimes, sh1t cost him his life and his sons life. He should have stayed in the apartment, called 911 and let the police handle it.

She also at the start left the door wide open while her husband was putting his clothes on and came out first herself to approach dude. He could have killed the whole family then
