"Just a year after his passing, Ray Liotta’s cause of death has been disclosed.

The “Goodfellas” icon died in his sleep from pulmonary edema and acute heart failure, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The outlet reported that Liotta had fluid in his lungs, suffered from respiratory issues, and his death was “categorized as natural and nonviolent.”

The publication also noted that Liotta was battling atherosclerosis, a condition where one’s arteries become thickened by plaque buildup.

Liotta was just 67 years old when he died in May 2022 and was in the middle of filming his movie “Dangerous Waters” in the Dominican Republic.

At the time of his death, the “Field of Dreams” actor left behind his fiancée Jacy Nittolo and his now-24-year-old daughter, Karsen.

Liotta filmed a multitude of projects before he died such as the TV series “Black Bird” for Apple TV+, Elizabeth Banks’ horror comedy “Cocaine Bear” and the satire “Fool’s Paradise,” directed by Charlie Day.

As for “Dangerous Waters,” the thriller has yet to have a release date and is directed by John Barr. Eric Dane, Saffron Burrows and Odeya Rush co-star.

The New Jersey native was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this past February, with Karsen paying a beautiful tribute to her late dad.

“I’m so touched to be accepting this honor on behalf of my dad. I couldn’t be more proud of him,” she said during the Los Angeles ceremony. “He was a one-of-a-kind actor and the best friend, brother and father anyone could have asked for. I lucked out with you.

“If you have a Ray in your life, you’re lucky. I love you so much,” she added. “Thank you for your work and the imprint you left on me and all of those who love you. Everyone deserves a Ray in their life.”

Following Liotta’s death, Nittolo, 48, posted a series of photos of herself with him and looked back on their relationship.

“My life these past couple of years have been nothing but truly magical,” she began her emotional caption.

“Ray and I share a deep love that I will cherish in my heart forever. We laughed daily and we were inseparable. The chemistry was wild in the best way. He was everything in the world to me and we couldn’t get enough of each other. The kind of real love that one dreams of.

“He was the most beautiful person inside and out that I’ve ever known,” wrote Nittolo. “And even that is an understatement.”

Fluid in your lungs.. Dang... That gets alot of people. Even if you don't die, you're spending some significant critical time in the hospital.. Sheesh

“Just 67” ??

I think that’s pretty good for a person who smoked his whole life, and pretty sure had a pretty active night life of drinking too. I’ve seen where people thought he had been drinking in interviews. Dude was an orphan, so I’m sure he lived a somewhat don’t give a fuk lifestyle.
So really, 67 not bad for living a party life. I’m sure he lived more in those 67 years than many tightazzez that watched every little thing they ate and drank.

Considering winning is living the longest those tightazzez are fine with their decision sitting on their porches at 85 years old.

Fauci got another one
Normal people have long moved on from covid and are living their lives like it never happened. Even the fu#king WHO has declared covid over.

But, yet, you still have these angry internet autists who are so pathetic they made covid and vaccines a part of their life and personality.

They don't want to let it go so they continue to regurgitate bullsh1t like the post I quoted.

Maybe in their eyes.. Meanwhile their regrets on their death bed are usually “I wished I would have lived more and experienced life to the fullest”…

Nobody on their deathbed wished they would have ate more vegetables and played it safe.
Don’t get me wrong.. I’m sure many that got cancer early or sorosis of the liver regretted being drunks, smoking, or whatever that killed em too early.
I’m not talking in extremes now.. before people jump on my azz. But enjoying life, taking chances, having some drinks sometimes is different than the Alcoholic who smokes 2 packs a day.

I'm sorry bro but when I worked in the hospital I heard PLENTY of people say they wished they lived healthier lives. Even people in their 80s that die from unhealthy eating complications wish they did better. You tripping sir.

Yeah it was pretty great acting. A little over the top.. just because I knew a couple of them cats. That might have been the makeup and how he looked more then anything.. Coke heads usually try to not fuk with they nose too much also.. just because they paranoid it’s the dead giveaway. Still great acting talking about those helicopters and watching constantly though. I knew cat where when I went to his house, he thought it might be bugged, so we would go in a vehicle of his to talk, with the stereo going.. I also knew a couple different meth heads that would call me at like 2 am talking about they see some damn UFOs and wanted me go outside and check em out.. This was like 2-3 total different people.
I’d ask them if they thought it had anything to do with being up for a week.?? They’d all be like “naw… I know you might think that, but no, this is real!”
