This scene always reminds me of what most homeless folks are. They're mentally ill and probably don't know why they do what they do. Society just doesn't take care of its own anymore even if its hiding them away in an state institution.

In Cleveland, they love making examples out of New Yorkers trying to talk loud and act crazy.

They often leave without whatever belongings they currently had on them
