Batman is not a children super hero. Also the cartoon is an adult show.

Joker literally killed Jason Todd Robin with a crowbar. Batman also was having s3x in comic form with Catwoman, Talia a ghoul , and Barbara Gordon. DC comic hasn't been kid friendly for decades now.
