One of the most popular Instagram models - has just been outed as an alleged transgender, MTO News has learned.

The gorgeous model Aliyah Jazmine had more than 500,000 followers - before she abruptly shut down her Instagram account yesterday.

And her followers were filled with some of the most famous men in the world. Kevin Durant followed the beauty, along with rappers like Future, Meek Mill and Rick Ross.

Yesterday, a person on Reddit claimed that Aliyah was tr@ns - and posted pics, allegedly showing her from her days as "Daniel."

There is an ongoing societal debate taking place - concerning whether a tr@ns person has an obligation to tell men of their complicated s3xuality. Some in the tr@ns community believe that transgenders have NO obligation to disclose to men that they're tr@ns - even men they date.

I said this sh1t was gonna happen! I say this sh1t in damn near every forum. I said eventually dudes was gonna start hollering at Transgenders and not know it. And even the tr@ns girls gonna start not even mentioning it.

I keep telling dudes, "Be careful" of all these fake body chicks. Because regular chicks getting so much surgery done, that you can't even tell the difference no more, especially in pics. Those tr@ns girls can easily pass for regular women, especially on instagram.

Back in the day, if you saw some chick with an outrageous huge ass, crazy out of proportion hips, huge t1ts you'd be like man something don't look right. But now, regular chicks getting all this surgery, and it's hard to tell the difference, especially in pics. This gonna start happening more and more. I'm not surprised at all.
