Sad situation.

I was talking with my wife about this situation tonight. I told her if we were in the situation and you just witnessed this psychopath shoot me in the back and murder our son, I would want you to get our daughter in the house and close the door. If the wife stayed out there she was going to get murdered as well. I’m going to need my wife and daughter to tell the story. No use of us all getting killed

Here's the problem:

The shooter was standing still, where he was, at a safe distance just talking. No aggressive sh1t.

It's the dude that came out and jumped in his face on some rah rah sh1t that escalated the bullsh1t. He could've talked from a safe distance like men. But he had to come out on some aggressive sh1t.

Yo... The wife got them both killed. She needed to run away from the situation instead of getting involved. If she doesn't grab her husband, the guy never gets a chance to draw his gun. The son is a hero though!

Look I'm not on the shooter side but we dont know the back story. It's people like the father who will play tuff even when you come in peace. This situation could have been escalating for a very long time to the point the guy just had enough. Its only so much disrespect a man can take until he snaps. I'm sure the son isn't innocent in this situation, probably was ready to jump the man if the father would have fought. RIP to the both either way but its wise to always take in consideration of the other person before you decide to play the tuff guy. Father wasn't a good role model in this situation. The other guy didn't even seem like a threat to be honest probably came to talk to them again about a situation and the father wanted stuff to go left.

The father that got shot was a threat initially. As stupid as it was, you can’t put a sharp object like a scissor to someone’s neck/face…they can claim their life was in danger. In most states, once someone turns around and is leaving, at that point they are no longer a threat and you cannot legally use deadly force.

This all happened because of ego, which as a man I understand. Us men gotta be willing to take the L sometimes, sh1t cost him his life and his sons life. He should have stayed in the apartment, called 911 and let the police handle it.
