THIS... I just told my wife about not having to show out or state that I'm "blessed"via social media...
fu#k flexing and telling the world you have treasure or something special going on... There's a lot of miserable folks out there especially on your friends list and everyone isn't cheering...
Not saying I'm rich or anything of the sort just not on my face and happy the way things are shaping up but in comparison to some others we know?
We look like the fu#king Huxtables.
Folks don't mean to be envious either.
Just that being their lives hit a rough patch as we all do?
Sometimes their sentiments are bitter and to truly protect your energy as they say? Give people less access to your world & bubble quietly

Let your results and way of life do the talking

This is 100% false information

U lose those 4th amendment rights under probation only. Boosie been off papers for years now if I remember correctly

As a consequence of the conviction, convicted felons very often permanently lose their voting rights and their firearm rights. However, the right against unreasonable search and seizure is not permanently waived.
[see photo]

Unless they did use the weed smell tactic, that traffic stop shouldn't have resulted in a search. And it's also against the law for officers to extend a traffic stop beyond the time it takes to handle the initial violation that's being addressed

But the article made it seem like Boosie just went ahead and told them upfront that his people had the gun. If so, thats crazy

Never answer questions or make statements..at all
Either way I appreciate the correction plair

How do you prove that THAT gun crossed state lines?
What can he say, he found it??? Lol.

Cant say he bought it.

Plus boosie won't give statements, and as a felon burden of proof is on him.

Its hard af for Boosie to go his entire life without repeating this same thing.

Seem like most times the laws ignore petty sh1t like this. Rappers get gun charges all the time and the consequences are minimal.

But he was being disrespectful and talking all that bullsh1t on Vlad.

They had the charge set up before he even decided to go to Melly's Trial, but that was also disrespectful in itself.

You dont typically see the laws stalking an old a$s n1gga IG to spot a weapon, then use a Helicopter to stalk him in the sky.

Boosie aint really out here beefing and threatening rappers like the young drillers, so this was OD by the FEDS, but Im happy they got him!

Nah. They used the fact his partner was wanted and had outstanding warrants as justification for the search....the search was legal.

Agents have a lot of control in terms of how they want to run their cases, there could be a lot more to this or it could have been a quick hit that fell in their laps. I disagree with the idea that bureau resources were "wasted" on this bust, the bird was already in the air and the police were on the streets. Coordination between someone in the office watching IG and the locals on patrol, it's just too easy.

Fbi has historical legendary levels of petty. Boosie learning.

Niccas charted a helicopter…. For a gun charge… for a video…. On the same day.

The same gun in his waistband on IG and the same gun that was in the back seat.

How can you prove this without serial numbers on both picture /video or if theirs some custom decal on the gun.

In honesty this seems like a fairly easy case for an expensive lawyer to get you out of.

Truth is Boosie don’t have to go to jail, just draining him on money via lawyer fees back to back would be enough to flex on him from these government agencies. Jail time seems like the cherry on top but he should beat this.

It was a setup lol they been watching ..a lot of these podcasters that ask them fbi a$s questions are actually with the CIA…literally …

No jumper is a CIA organization …it was exposed on Reddit …no jumper is located in CALI…ran by ADAM16 aka ADAM JOHN GRANDMAISON whose father was PARDONED by Bill Clinton….

VLAD AND ADAM22 in Cali …vlad refused to ever bring up ADAMS ped0 allegations after several people put him on blast …but he bring up dirt in everybody else ?? I wonder why …especially since he has interviewed Adam SEVRAL times ..he ain’t Put no “flashback” clip of Adam talkin bout how he escaped the 1st set of s3xual assault allegations …..

I literally said boosie was being watched months ago and said he would get arrested cuz of the way vlad was putting out these SNITCHING clips when he talking about gunna …that was the setup …now make him STAND on his words and embarrass him for the world and see if he folds ..I said this MONTHS ago and mf’s came in here and said I was a Schizo lmaooo

They work with the CIA ..I tried to tell these ignorant fools
Still his fault and all these other rappers fault …. Stop going live and recording shyt .. I doubt they can use interviews against them

When u are a convicted felon u don't have the same rights as a normal citizen. They can pull a felony traffic stop anytime and anywhere and can say they were checking on u. Also boosie has been on camera saying he rides with guns and even told police he is gonna smoke is weed no matter what. Once again as a felon he didn't realize he was putting himself in that periscope. In fact the gun very well be a prop but being a felon makes the burden of proof fall on him. So in that situation its really legally guilty til proven innocent
Police can only search you if you have warrants or are on probation/ parole.

They can't stop you for being a felon

This I'm not sure of, however, the fact that they had seen these ppl on footage prior to the traffic stop they can easily say that they saw a fugitive in the footage had reason to believe he was in that vehicle and that gives them probable cause for the search

This is an Invasion of privacy if he was a white person.

Social media should honestly be gray area, but the helicopter is unreasonable and the traffic stop is more than likely BS. Failure to stop at a stop sign? I hope they got video of it. Then the guns in the car are gonna be for who ever claim them or who rented the vehicle.

This wild tho... they targeted boosie to try to flip him and to send a message.

Lame AF
Since when is use of social media an invasion of privacy? Flying a helicopter is not invasion of privacy. People run stops signs all the time, sometimes they get pulled over. Good luck on even a white person successfully segueing invasion of privacy?

honestly, between the DJVlad interviews, rebranding as cultural figurehead and flexing on IG this sh1t was ALWAYS gonna happen. Boosie a n1gga who bear a murder charge. Soon as he slid on them charges the goal of the system was ALWAYS to pin some fallacious sh1t on the man just to put him behind bars.

You ain’t gonna beat the system turn around and flaunt your blessings n1gga.
