But see thats the thing, the Olympics are more playoffs like. Same issues I saw last year, are what I'm seeing now. Gets moved around and knocked around like a rag doll easily, by strong defenders. He often settles for bad jumpsuits, despite not being a good jump shooter right now. Bad handle that results in turnovers damn near everytime he's tries to ball handle. Ionno, I'm just objective on what I've seen. We'll see how next year looks. It's less counting stats and more so eye test with Wemby for me.
A little more physical in the playoffs but you can't stand in the lane defensively in the NBA so he can drive and operate at the rim like he did this season. He also can't get manhandled in the NBA. The calls will come. The 3 point line is deeper in the league which also gives more space. Does he need work and his grown man strength to kick in? Yeah. But the rules and differences alone will guarantee he has more opportunities to shine come nba time vs FIBA time. It's just two totally different games and coaching philosophies.

Plus, we'll have Vassell and Castle. One more cool last name and then we can go with The Firm as the squad name. Big picture.
