I just seen that sh1t on Cop Cam the other week. Chick was acting crazy on her dude, she pushed him or something and tried do something else. Other folks witnessed it, called the police. Cops came out arrested that bi#ch. Even tho the dude didn't want to press charges, at that point it's too late. It's mandatory for the state to bring domestic violence charges. For the State of Florida it's like that, I'm guessing it's like that in Washington State too

The bigger picture is how not one person stepped up and said anything. Not step in the middle and break it up ….im saying just a “hey, caught that out” ….lol not a peep from nobody and you can see multiple heads turned throughout the video. I saw a couple black men, bunch of white men, white women, Asian men and women. Nobody said sh1t.

Every time he walked away, she was getting more physical with him. At that point, of course the authorities get involved. A heated argument has a chance to be squashed w/o any arrests. Especially If the man isn't being demonstrative. Most they would likely do is ask you to leave. I'm sure they had witnesses with footage of her pushing and hitting him. That's textbook DV.
