When u are a convicted felon u don't have the same rights as a normal citizen. They can pull a felony traffic stop anytime and anywhere and can say they were checking on u. Also boosie has been on camera saying he rides with guns and even told police he is gonna smoke is weed no matter what. Once again as a felon he didn't realize he was putting himself in that periscope. In fact the gun very well be a prop but being a felon makes the burden of proof fall on him. So in that situation its really legally guilty til proven innocent
