It is, and I don’t think people are really denying that, but watching it is a snooze fest. There’s a lot going on in a technical sense but from the outside looking in it mostly looks like 2 men locked in the same position for 5 minutes. I don’t think most mfs are gonna enjoy watching it unless they also fight themselves because at that point it’s kinda like homework. The average viewer jus wants a brawl and fireworks.

True but the thing is if you want to see actual tactical striking you watch boxing. With UFC most of the striking is pretty rudimentary in terms of setup and tactics compared to boxing but the grappling is very high level and technical. That’s the biggest issue they need to make the average fan smarter about what’s going on in the exchanges and while they do a good job with the announcing they can do more

This was actually a good PPV card. I normally just go to bed and watch a replay the next morning but I wanted to see the main event. I wasn’t disappointed either.

Everyone in the UFC better put on their wrestling boots.
Chimaev made all the so called experts look silly , the real fans knew DDP was gonna get that work from the Russian goon . I respect men who are all about their money , fuk that belt
