Jerry ain't going to hire someone who is over him. Look at his last 2 hires, Jason Garrett aka coach clap and Mike Mccarthy. 2 guys who are just going to smile and waive. The only way Dallas will get to that next level is going out and getting a "real" GM.

i dont think the pressure has ever been higher than it is now for that.

the last 5 years same sh1t, should've had at least a sb trip or 2 with these players. he needs to make a big change. lets see how serious he is about it.
