Redraft league? High risk high reward but I wouldnt touch McCaffrey with a 10 foot pole. My feeling says we're going to see him very late in the season or not at all. The news that he went to see a specialist in Germany does not bode well for his outlook imo. If everything was fine and he would be on his way back he wouldnt go there.

You do have the RBs to hold you over if the trade fails.. but I'd rather try to strengthen my WR room if I were you

EDIT: just seen you included Metcalf in the deal, my bad. That would make it more attractive. Still, I think the chances we're going to see CMC this season are pretty slim.

Thinking of dealing Shakir now that he had his big game and the hype surrounding it (I play on Yahoo and the title there is: emerging as Allen's new WR1).

My WR room: Jefferson, Rice, Metcalf, Pickens, Shakir, Pearsall (IR)
My RB room: Henry, Walker, Ford, Corum, Bigsby

There are still some options on WR on waivers for depth (Mooney, Doubs, Wandale) so I'm thinking of either dealing Shakir or Pickens for an RB (maybe in combination with Ford).

- would you rather keep Pickens or Shakir rest of season?
- what are some RBs that you would target? Obviously the really good ones are out of reach.. I've looked around my league and some RBs that might be acquirable: Stevenson, Pollard, Brian Robinson, Ekeler, Singletary.. maybe Jacobs or Etienne, small chance on both. Anyone you particularly like out of that group? I thought of targeting Ekeler.. he's looked like his old self and was on his way to a big game before getting knocked out with a concussion.

Jennings is the obvious choice. Kicking myself for not grabbing him last week but I'm last in waivers and doubt he'll fall to me

Im not sure how long the jennings thing will last. Def got a bump from no deebo and kittle. Aiyuk should get going at some point.

BTJ is the best wr on the team imo. Had 9 targets

You seem pretty solid at RB. I would probably try and upgrade the WR, you got all the talented players who may not reach their potential this season. Who to trade and who to trade for... that, now that's a different story lol.

The Rashee owner wants achane. Leaning towards it

Not a bad deal. Maybe he can throw something else in there the RBs should be at a premium for the first half of the season at least.

It’s risky. If you can afford to wait until the Niners provide a new updated on CMC after he gets back from seeing the specialist in Germany I might do that.

Shakir. Pickens will be inconsistent all year.

BRob and Singletary (he so slept on) will be the most consistent and Dre has the most upside and best rb in the group imo but game script can make him the most volatile.

How bad is CMCs injury compared to Kobe’s? Kobe’s took 6+ months to heal and he played for 6 more years on a career ending injury. Also it’s a different sport, I’m sure CMC takes more bumps.
