I guess it kinda throws Snoop’s “I never had beef with Biggie and never got involved in the beef” thing into disrepute
Of course. People make it seem like 2Pac hated Snoop for not going as hard on Biggie as him, but it was really that Snoop was flip-flopping.

Facts... proven with this song but also proven by Snoop laughing at 2Pac slandering Biggie on stage at the House of Blues:

Biggie is literally the most overrated rapper oat

Not even top 20

Can make a case that Cardi will have a bigger impact then him when it’s all said and done

Why do you do this? Just a question?

Not even going to hold you, I was just talking about this in another thread.

But you right. And honestly, I had to look back for myself, snoop the one who actually started all this sh1t.l even before that video.

That first source awards, back in 94 when he was like “the east coast don’t got love for snoop dog and Dr. Dre”
That had nothing to do with the Death Row vs Bad Boy beef though.

For a long time is was New York vs everybody. It really started on wax with Tim Dog and fu#k Compton in 1991. But, it had been brewing behind the scenes for a minute. New York radio and labels would lock out artists from other regions.

Uncle Luke talked about "that bi#ch in New York" back in 1989.

CL is Cara Lewis who was Eric B & (The R) Rakim's manager/agent. She went on to represent LL, Eminem and Kanye among others.

More about her here

Luke also took a shot at her on I Ain't Bullsh1ttin' 2 in 1990.

Listen to any of the old New York radio show tapes from the 80s and early 90s by Red Alert, Chuck Chillout, etc. They played strictly New York artists. Maybe someone from Boston or Philly once and awhile.

He kicked over the buildings in retaliation of Biggie shooting at them. Biggie started it.
I’m not saying snoop started it overall but he definitely was the west coast n1gga going the hardest against the east coast and yeah he kicked over the building in response to being shot at but to now act like he wasn’t an aggressor at all and him and biggie was always cool is some phony sh1t. Conspiracy theory on my end that I have absolutely no proof of lol but snoop played a major role in getting pac killed along with puffy, Dre and henchman.

I'm sure there's a a bunch of artist that had biggie or 2pac diss tracks in the vault tbh... Was a rumor back in the day that Master P and Fiend had a track they scrapped about biggie... Let alone all the east coast emcees Pac dissed before he passed... U know rappers was competitive as fu#k at THAT time, and wanted to hop on the wave... After Pac died, it was bad business and obviously in bad taste to release them... Take in mind in 96 it wasn't as easy to release tracks all willy nilly, let alone get disc printed out, could take months for most artist

when i say "mistake," i mean not ownin up 2 bein down with pac n dissin BIG. i'm not sayin him or pac or snoop dissin big was wrong but snoop feels that way. instead of him actin like everything was all pac n suge, he could just say he was an immature young man feedin in2 the east/west media hype and has grown from it

instead snoop tries 2 retroactively make it appear that he was the grown up in the room n was the mature one the entire time. my thing is he would be better off ownin up 2 it as "mistake" or error instead of flat out pretendin like his hands was clean and everything was pac n suge's doing. right now, he's thrown pac n suge under the bus n makin himself out to be mr.peace when it wasn't like that
Awwww ok now that makes sense ...I was genuinely curious, thanks for explaining it to me ...

I always got a weird vibe from snoop when he tries to speak on the pac vs big situation ...now this explains why

I need a timeline of

-the recording of this track
-biggie having snoops trailer shot up
-his (snoops) pic with big & puff.

Death Row: The Lost Sessions Vol. 1 is a compilation album by Snoop Doggy Dogg. The album was released on October 9, 2009 by Death Row Records and WIDEawake Entertainment. The album is composed of leftover material that Snoop recorded between 1993 and 1997 during his first stint on Death Row

This was leaked years ago. When Mutah was calling for Snoop to own up to his part, apologize and tell everyone WE…key word. WE all on both sides were young and in over our heads and this wasnt what we should have been doing. All he has to do is stop telling lies and be truthful…it’s really not that tough!

It’s not doubting fam, it’s being diligent and not accepting anything until it’s verified which some of the fellas have so kindly pointed out. It used to be said believe half of what you see and none of what you hear, but now we’re so far past that it’s ridiculous. That’s some spooky and dangerous sh1t not to be taken lightly. Prophecy.

P ain’t doing diss tracks. Beefing on wax is something something he always said he wouldn’t do and I can’t remember any. He would’ve been dissed Pimp C, Pastor Troy, Soulja Slim, or Baby/Cash Money if that was how he was moving.
