I tried to trade the team that lost Chubb for the season. It's a 14-team league.

I offered him Garrett Wilson + Javonte Williams (or Kamara) for Justin Jefferson.

He declined.

And now, he is starting Jerrick McKinnon and James Conner

Felt like I offered a fair deal. He gets a borderline WR1 and RB2 and I get the potential #1 overall WR.

He's also 0-2 while I am 2-0.

I will probably offer that trade again in a week or two when he is 0-4

Browns chose Ford over Hunt in the offseason so Hunt prolly signing doesnt nuke Ford value to me, the browns need depth. To me that just kills any momentum for Pierre Strong. Hunt is washed, just my 2 cents.

The Browns didn't "choose" Ford over Hunt. They just didn't want to pay Hunt and Hunt didn't wanna go back to a situation that he requested a trade from. Now that Chubb is out, it's a lot more appealing for Kareem to be in Cleveland.

Y'all need to stop this narrative that Cleveland "chose" Ford over Hunt.

If I was a JJ owner I’d be insulted. Not a judgement on you but you have QB1 passing to the healthiest first rounder aside from CMC. Judging him based on his stats from the first two games only benefits you. I can’t fault him for not wanting to downgrade at wide receiver and take a dice roll on Kamara being good when he comes back.

We'll see how it shakes how g. I believe they rather Ford price, youth, and talent wise over Hunt.

I saw this stat today as well that matched the eye test last season. I don't think Hunt is that good anymore.

Wilson also put up good numbers against probably the two toughest defenses in the NFL and Javonte is a RB2. Like I said, he has only 1 good running back left and Conner has never played a full season. He's one injury away from starting RB3s or worse as his starters.

I offered him WR19 and RB30 for WR2.

Would it have been an overpay by him a bit? Yes. But, he's also 0-2, has scored the least points in the league, and now is looking at RB wasteland to start.

ProFootballNetwork says my trade value would be 82.7 to his 95.9 but like I said, when you're down to RB3 or worse sometimes you have to give up a bit more.

I also think Wilson is going to get better as they don't have to play Dallas and Buffalo every week.
