Contemplating how much FAAB to spend on Ford. My team is pretty deep.. Still, this is a starting RB with a great o-line.

Cant get him for under $65 and I have $79 left so I would have to go almost 100% or the full 100% . Thoughts? Hopefully wont need a lot of budget later on because of my team depth (12 teamer).

RB: Saquon, Walker, Kamara, Mostert, Gainwell, Roschon
WR: Lamb, Allen, Jeudy, Addison, Meyers, Shaheed

Hunt and Akers are both washed though. I owned Hunt last year when he ran behind that very same line. He was terrible.

They could cut into Ford’s workload though.. not an easy decision how much FAAB to spend.

Don’t do FAAB leagues - but have #1 waiver claim

If I had the #1 waiver claim I would 100% use it, at least in my 12 teamer. Potential (and likely) starting RB who looked very good yesterday running behind a great o-line. Very curious to know what else you would be waiting for with that #1 claim.

At least looking at my waiver wire, there are 0 players who could potentially provide the same upside.

I was prepared to to grab Ford (I'm #1 on the waiver wire in my league) but this Kareem Hunt visit has me wondering.

This new format got me acting reckless this year smh. I just spent the last $75 of my FAAB on Jerome Ford

But he can be a great trade asset right now or I can just keep him.

My question is: Should I trade J. Ford & C. Stroud for J. Love, R. Johnson & $100-$150 of FAAB?

Here’s how my roster looks now and the guy I’m looking to trade with just lost Chubb. It’s a 14 team Full PPR Superflex

I put swift last bc Gainwell isnt going anywhere. Swift def earned more work moving forward tho.

Those other 2 are clear cut lead backs. The reason swift got that much work was bc Scott also had a concussion. Penny was so a$s they just didnt want to take Swift out bc we had no more rbs. Thats my squad and n1ggas wont see 28 carries no time soon

Leaning towards Ford cuz I got kyren in all my other leagues. I gotta diversify right?

Browns chose Ford over Hunt in the offseason so Hunt prolly signing doesnt nuke Ford value to me, the browns need depth. To me that just kills any momentum for Pierre Strong. Hunt is washed, just my 2 cents.

What makes u think he washed tho. Ford is nice and like a 5th rd pick so they don't have to pay him sh1t. Easy decision imo

Is Ford that good though? People getting clouded by the new shiny toy, but i don't think there's any way he sees Chubb's workload

And I also don't think Hunt is signing to get 2 carries a game, so if he's there he's getting touches

Same. I went with kyren over Ford last minute in the league I had top waiver. Think that worked out for me. It's sounding like an rbbc there

In the league I lost chubb, ended up with j Reynolds and roschon. Same dude that took Ford got Kareem as well but he dropped najee. I'm gonna try to scoop him up even tho he kinda mid but he's still the starter for now
