Pretty sure being filled up with adrenaline and blood fusions while getting sliced apart by cartel members, or being boiled alive in a metal drum of diesel, or maybe being skinned or filleted alive is up there somewhere..

Yup. sh1t is the worst/weirdest pain i ever felt. That sh1t lingers and be ready to pop back up at the most random times. It's crazy how all it takes is a quick whiff of a familiar perfume or lotion.

so sorry you went through that my guy.

I'm going through a double pinched nerve right now on my left side. The pain is excruciating. Its incessant. I'm almost where you were but I'm taking every OTC med I can in excess. I hope I'm not doing permanent damage to my body.

How'd you get rid of your migraines?
Drink water. Majority of migraines are caused by dehydration.

I had them really really bad as a kid, though. And they weren’t related to hydration. They were so bad I had to be in a dark room or I would throw up. Eat food? Throw up. The worst sh1t ever.

This is my current situation, but I’ve been working out like crazy, doin trap bar dead’s and making my core strong af with various exercises.

Pretty much pain free now, but at it’s worst point this was by far the worst pain I ever had in my life.

This list is weird because everyone has different tolerances to pain. I’ve broken bones, gotten stitches on the spot with no numbing, just recently broke my nose and destroyed my ribs in a car accident, tats out the a$s (rib tats and hand tats are absolutely terrible). I’ve had a crazy head splitting headache and that was the closest to unbearable pain I’ve felt and even that was just will power to push through (it did put me in tears which is rare). Heartbreak, sure was painful but far from the worst pain I felt.

I think you can put a group of people through a pain tolerance test and you’ll get varied answers from all the subject for the same exact tests.

Pain is not measurable when generalizing across people, cause how I deal with the pain may be completely different than someone else. What may cause someone the worst pain ever, may be mild pain to someone else.

I’ve just gotten over a 3 day Migraine, side effect of Immunoglobulin Infusion. Have to go through this every month usually takes 5 days to recover. Every time seems worse than the last. I take Imitrex.

Wrong. Irukandji Jellyfish Sting is the worst pain a person can feel
The gympie gympie plant, also known as the "suicide plant," is notorious for causing intense and prolonged pain upon contact. The pain is described as excruciating, similar to being burned or electrocuted, and can last for hours, days, or even weeks. This pain is caused by toxins injected into the skin by tiny, needle-like hairs on the plant's leaves and stems.

The jellyfish is worse..

According to ChatGPT..

Both the Irukandji jellyfish and the Gympie-Gympie plant are notoriously painful — but in different ways — and most experts consider the Irukandji jellyfish to be more dangerous and overall more excruciating due to the systemic effects of its sting.

 Irukandji Jellyfish (Carukia barnesi)

Pain onset: Usually delayed by 5–45 minutes after the sting.

Symptoms (Irukandji syndrome):

Excruciating full-body pain (back, limbs, abdomen)

Intense muscle cramping

Severe nausea and vomiting

Profuse sweating

Racing heart and extremely high blood pressure

Psychological symptoms like a “sense of impending doom”

Duration: Several hours to days

Severity: Potentially fatal without treatment due to cardiovascular complications.

Pain rating: Frequently rated among the worst known to humans.

 Gympie-Gympie Plant (Dendrocnide moroides)

Pain onset: Immediate burning/stinging sensation on contact.

Symptoms:

Intense local pain described as “being electrocuted and burnt at the same time”

Welts and inflammation

Tiny silica-tipped hairs embed in skin and continue to cause pain

Pain can flare for weeks and recur for months when skin is touched, cold, or rubbed.

Duration: Can last weeks to months if hairs remain embedded.

Severity: Extremely painful but rarely life-threatening.

 Verdict: Which is More Painful?
Creature/Plant Pain Intensity Systemic Effects Duration of Pain Fatal Risk
Irukandji Jellyfish Extreme (whole body) Yes (severe) Hours–days Yes
Gympie-Gympie Plant Extreme (localized) Mostly local Weeks–months Rare

➡️ Overall, the Irukandji jellyfish is considered more painful and dangerous due to the full-body agony, systemic toxicity, and potential lethality of Irukandji syndrome — whereas the Gympie-Gympie inflicts brutally long-lasting but localized pain.

You have to take at the onset of the migraine and it will put you down for a couple hours, usually I’ll wake up with what feels more like a low grade headache.
