Are you insinuating that STD testing is more difficult for clinics to do properly than big hospitals? You know they basically all send these tests off to the same places to be tested, right? They aren't doing it on site. I'm not saying they have it more because they test more. I'm saying they test more than anyone else so they naturally have higher numbers. Again undiagnosed and men who don't disclose are the primary passers of stds and stis. In my mind you're placing a lot of blame on black women for having it and not the same level of blame on us passing it to them in the first place. I would imagine black men have it more than black women but when black men discover they have it a lot just keep going about business as usual. Black women disclose more often than not and that's if they don't go full blown celibate.

I'm telling you they get tested more than other demographics. About twice as many women have HSV2 as men in general. If you have HSV2 and you go to the doctor but don't get tested you are now counted as a person who does not have HSV2. For the most part women with HSV2 get it from undiagnosed (or non disclosing) men. It's already an unfair comparison from jump.

Absolutely. Black women are basically the most health forward group of people in America (inB4"TheyBeFatDoe"). They have higher statistics of STD/STI information than most other groups ESPECIALLY black men as black men are the least likely to go to the doctor or seek treatment. Asian communities have a propensity to seek treatment from off the books doctors so their information is tracked the least.

You don't have the raw numbers of Bw tested and even if you did have the raw number and they indeed do test more. The raw numbers wouldn't matter. It wouldn't affect the discrepancy in the rate of infection.
