this n1gga was never respected by his peers...how tf can u be dangerous when the fans nor ur peers take u seriously like that...white people mostly bought his records...dangerous to whom...what movement was he on the precipice of starting? Dummies don't think for themselves. Mostly non-Black n1ggas passing and regurgitating lies among each other...lol fu#king non-cultured weirdos. Truth hurts. Bet u they won't quote me with anything sensible tho...
What does fans have to do with anything?

Hammer was respected and had gang ties in Oakland.

I’m 43 homes…….Hammer was definitely that dude in REAL LIFE! You really gotta do some research. Ask a n1gga from the bay. All his “peers” who ain’t respect him and said something had to see him in real life and bi#ched up real quick.

I have a feeling this will be drakes behind the seen story 10 years from now.

Money can turn anyone into a gangster. You can always buy someone to crash out for you and make you look like a tough guy.

Also don’t fall for the rap fairy tales.

MC hammer wasn’t some tough n1gga, he was getting extorted by the crips so anyone who put the crips extortion money at risk, they had to be dealt with. Notice all his stories are about gangs he was bankrolling coming to his defense.

Is a prison bi#ch tough because he gets protection from his violater? Yea the prison bi#ch might be able to get someone to beat your a$s but he’s paying with his a$$hole to have that type of power. So who really tough or winning?

Hammer, had that family facade to make money, but when the cameras were off he was a gangsta behind closed doors.

Just like Marvin Harrision of the colts, everybody think that guy is Mr. Nice guy, NO. He's a gangsta as well.

Real gangstas dont brag, talk or draw attention to that stuff because its bad for them. They handle their business and keep it rolling.

I always admired and respected MC Hammer by the fact he made positive and happy music in a time where gangsta rap music was headlining. Dude is a oak-town legend at heart and deserves respect.

Hammer wasn't a gangsta but he damn sure wasn't no bi#ch either. Basically he was a positive dude with a strong backbone.

And

I didn't make the thread title... Burden of proof isn't on me. Fans have to do with it because he said 'dangerous' artist... So either u physically dangerous or pose a danger to some existing structure. Hammer was neither...again, y'all confusing someone not being pu$$y or defending themselves with someone being dangerous...and not only dangerous, but one of the most, ever? No...

Idk if you really know though. No disrespect. They kept a lot of sh1t close to the chest.

For example, Rickey Henderson when he was playing for Oakland. Got word that somebody broke in to the parking garage and stole his cherry red Bentley. He found out in the middle of the game. He used the dugout phone (this was before cell phones) and allegedly he called Hammer. (Who was a bat boy for the A’s when he was younger btw.) The story goes, he called Hammer around the fourth or fifth inning.

Before the game even ended, the cherry red Bentley was delivered back to the Coliseum with a bunch of bullet holes in one side of it. And nobody ever found out who stole the car in the first place.

And that’s just one of many stories floating around about Hammer. I won’t even get into the whole church stuff. Man…. Shoot. I don’t even know. And I don’t want to.

I get what u sayin but hammer would step to n1ggas himself and throw hands if he had to. Drake aint steppin to nobody solo ready to fade 1 on 1

The n1ggas behind him respected him enough to handle sh1t for free for him. Not sayin he the most gangsta or dangerous but dude would stand on business if disrespected

Gotta respect that
