White Men Can't Jump - page 5
jack needs a better acting coach. he has no charisma
honestly movie was corny but it was lighthearted. While it wasn’t a masterpiece it was a feel good movie. I’m not comparing it to the first one because it has two different directors and writers.
It is by no means a classic movie. But some of y’all gotta get the stick out y’all asses and quit being grouchy. That’s for the people that said they not even gone watch it
Michael Jordan would've won the MVP if he didn't get injured.
Facts about Jordan's time with the Washington Wizards: - The Wizards the previous season were 19-63 (14th in East, 27th in NBA) and were the worst defensive team in the league. MJ was the only major addition to the team and at the All Star break, the Wizards were 3rd in the East with a 26-21 record, despite having a poor start to the season. They also were a top 5 defensive team in the entire NBA at the All Star break. This was all before MJs injury. Which occurred 46 games into the season.
Before his injury, MJ for the first 46 games was averaging 25.1, 6.2 RPG, 5.3 APG, 1.5 SPG, 0.5 BPG on 42.1 FG%. He was getting better as the season went along. So were the Wizards team. In the last 20 games leading up to the injury, MJ was averaging 27.5 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 5.2 APG, 1.3 SPG, 0.5 BPG on 44.2 FG%. In the last 10 games leading up to the injury, MJ was averaging 29.7 PPG, 6.6 RPG, 6.1 APG, 1.2 SPG, 0.3 BPG on 47.2 FG%. People forget that MJ was on minutes restriction for many games after his injury. In his last 7 games, he didn't even start. He only averaged 21.0 MPG in those games. These games heavily brought down his averages.
MJ had torn a tendon in his finger with a cigar cutter on accident after the Bulls won the championship in 1998. It never fully healed and he was never able to bend it all the way and it affected his ball handling and shooting when he came back to play for the Wizards. Another thing people forget is that prior to the season MJ had his ribs broken by Metta World Peace in a pickup game. So not only was MJ dealing with a serious injury before the season began, he also hasn't played professional basketball in Three entire seasons. Despite this, he was having a great season and only getting better as the season progressed. After his injury (46 games into season), the Wizards fell out of the playoffs and fell to the bottom 10 defensively.
Jordan could've easily gone to a more talented Eastern conference team like the Heat, Nets or Celtics. Instead he played more for fun when he came back in 2001. Or he could've gone to the Spurs or Lakers and got an easy ring.

Props. This was dope to read. Whatever your career field is, I hope you continue to prosper brother.
I feel like his team lined up a buncha work while he was on fire but he’s cooled off and now it’s awkward.
Like this movie would hit better w/ the ladies if he was whiteboy heart throb Jack Harlow and not “what’s his song again” Jack Harlow.
Yo,
Bless the steel, step out dress to kill
Spark the L
“What up Doc?”
“What’s tha deal?”
Jumpin out Planes, Docs Da Name

Yea, when they were filming this his song First Class went #1 on the charts at the time.
I don’t think his acting coach was to blame. She was trying to help him with every single line between takes.
I don’t even know if he read the script half of the time because his acting coach would tell him each line he had to say beforehand and how to say it.
Meant to prop!!!
Thank you! I own my own studio in OC. I am head of production for a lot of commercials. I have a specialty for lighting set up. I work for the union so I get calls to jump on projects and help with their lighting set up all the time. But I pretty much do everything from stills to motion video work.
The wildest project I have ever been on was the Monster The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.
thats dope how was the main actor who plays the jeffrey dahmer character like? he a cool dude?
he a solid af actor
Michael Jordan didn't have the crooked NBA and Referees cheat for him and help him get into the playoffs and rig games for him.
Jordan didn't have the luxury of trading his teammates in the middle of the season.
Wizards owner Abe Pollin vetoed the Kwame Brown and Elton Brand trade as payback.
LeBron is duplicitous and phony. He uses his teammates until he's ready to throw them under the bus and discard them like trash.
Nobody liked Kobe until after January 26, 2020.
Kobe cost the Lakers the Championship in 2004 because he was envious and jealous of Shaq potentially winning another Finals MVP.
Kobe would rather lose than watch Shaq win another Finals MVP.
Kobe Bryant averaged 17.6 points on 35% from the field, 3.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists and led the Lakers to a 17-65 record.

Sounds like somebody acting for a check and but not’ dedicated to the craft.
How come Kobe Bryant only won one MVP in twenty seasons?

What happened to all the black chicks who said he was that guy & respected black women more than black men do? Didn't go to support their savior huh smh trash a$s remake...didn't waste my eyes or time even watching it disrespecting the original classic like that...& Woody Harrelson could ball a little while being authentic...Wesley & woody are an underrated movie duo even the poster for the original film was so cool that you wanted to watch the movie

Jack is 6’1 at best. I was on set with him. He was poring so much Henny out to everyone they had to give him 3 bottles so it still looked like it was full. Lol
He had an acting coach on set with him at all times. She would speak to him and give him help between takes.
He didn’t want to hold the gift between takes during the birthday party. So someone from production would hold it for him and give it back between takes.
He kept holding up the production 30 minutes to an hour at a time because he had other business calls he had to take during the taping.
Vince was really down to earth and talking with everyone. This was my second time meeting him on set. Real cool.
Sinqua was really coo also, very down to earth. He was talking to everyone.
My n1gga you are genuinely a ret@rded person. Go outside.

He looked tall as hell on this last episode of Dave. Either he’s really 6’3, he was using lifts or Dave is just short.
I have no idea how tall Lil d1cky is. Google is saying 5,9 and 5,10.
I’m 6’1 and I was looking him eye to eye.
:roseidk:

Hey this guy you said who's from sh1t hole Mississippi and doesn't have a team in sh1t hole Mississippi and is a Kobe fan doesn't understand why Kobe only won one MVP in twenty seasons. Can you explain to him why that is?

I'm a Kobe stan

I thought the house party jawn was the worst remake. I was wrong.
You're a Kobe Stan you liar. Hey fun facts Kobe didn't even know you existed when he was alive and currently LeBron doesn't even know you exist so get off his d1ck f@ggot.

One of the more genuinely terrible movies I’ve seen in some time.
It’s 2 hours of halfassed racist jokes. It’s literally:
“You’re Black, I’m not.”
“I’m white. Wanna make some money playing Basketball?”
It’s that leveled ret@rded. Terrible and pointless, glad Vince Staples got some shine but the experience was just a bore to sit through, they didn’t even choreograph the actual Hoop Scenes right
And the ending was dumb as fu#k. The Pacing is dreadful, the final Tournament doesn’t even feel like a final game. Terrible fu#king movie.
RIP to Sylens tho.
