Just gonna say this one thing and I'm done with the obi talk, but when obi and the line up was hot thibs wouldn't let him close on pretty much every occasion. No way Knicks was keeping him after he blew up on thibs (which he rightfully should of). In hindsight, obi doesn't fit what thibs wanted on defense, he does cause problems with teams on the fast break, and the Knicks help turn him in a spot up three point shooters. Josh Hart fits this team so much more
he never did nothing to warrant clutch time minutes, especially not over Ju or RJ at the time... and he was not a defensive threat to be in there over any of the bigs of that roster...
he was fighting a no-win fight by under-performing in the opportunity he did get, especially for the hype they gave em..
don't confuse it with how he's panning out with the Pacers, it's 2 different situations...
