How big is the league? Usually 2 QB League you need to grab a QB early. 12 team league thats 24 out of 32 Qb’s. Like your first round pick potentially. (This just from what i heard on podcasts tbh lol)

Bro just gave you terrible advice. Pick 7 id go Bijan because you’re almost guaranteed a big name wr to fall to your second pick (ceedee, davante, Garrett). If you go WR first you might not like your rb1. Don’t think about QB until round 3. If a big name falls to you (Allen, mahomes, hurts), grab them if you already have a wr1 and rb1.

I get where both of you are coming from. What to do in scenario when mahomes Allen and possibly third qb are off the board by the time my first pick comes?

Damn my bad it’s a 2QB league - I’m slow af. I’d go Burrow in that case and grab another qb (Daniel Jones perhaps) later down the line.

That's a good spot to get a feel of what the others are doing. If most go qb in the 1st, u have a shot at a top wr/rb/kelce and a quick turnaround for a qb in the 2nd rd to keep up with the draft trend. I'd focus on wrs early over rbs. There's some good backs in the 40-60 range

Probably Ekeler.

Niners said today they plan to take CMC off the field more to keep him fresh.

I’m 2nd overall in a keeper league myself. I planned on keeping CMC but now I’m not sure.

Pretty satisfied with how our draft turned out. Most teams took a qb in the 1st round which left lots of options at rb wr.

Don't hate my auction draft team. It's a 14 team league. I probably would have done things a little differently knowing how things turned out but here is my team and how much I paid:

QB - Herbert ($18)
RB - Bijan ($50)
RB - Javonte Williams ($24)
WR - Garrett Wilson ($42)
WR - Jahan Dotson ($12)
Flex - Michael Thomas ($8) [only for the first 3 games until Kamara is back]
TE - Dalton Schultz ($1)
DEF - Baltimore ($2)
K - Carlson ($2)

BN - Kamara ($8)
BN - Charbonnet ($6)
BN - Quentin Johnson ($3)
BN - Elijah Moore ($5)
BN - Skyy Moore ($8)
BN - Zach Moss ($7) [Probably starting him week 1 if he's healthy and back]

I think looking back I would have skipped on Wilson and drafted someone like Pollard for $48 or Najee for $28 and then grabbed a lower WR Devonta Smith at $27. But then again, that is what they went for and if I bid on them the teams that got them might have drove the price up even higher.

I figured Kamara for $8 was a deal even if he misses the first 3 games. He should be a fine flex. My season will probably hinge on the health of Javonte, if Bijan is as advertised, and if Rodgers and the Jets are successful with Wilson leading the way.

I also didn't spend too much early which allowed me to get some better upside bench pieces later because no one had money to spend.

I went so hard after Wilson because I felt like I needed a solid WR1, he's way better than anyone else on that team, and Rodgers has supported a top 5 receiver in the past. Felt like Wilson's upside is a top 3 WR and floor is a WR1

I love the fact our draft order is randomized one prior to the draft so you have to be prepared to draft from every position.
I usually do my drafts like that but I decided to switch things up this year since other leagues I am in gave our draft positions weeks ago. I’m ready to see how this turns out

Keep Diggs. You’re already solid at RB. Trading Diggs may actually hurt you in the long run to be honest
