What are they supposed to do? If that's their guy of course they're gonna vouch for him. Behind closed doors with the team he's probably a good strategist. As far as motivation I don't see it. X's and O's is gonna be his forte but the typical ball coach barking isn't gonna work for him.
I believe that was the original argument, he's not gonna be able to control the locker room....
If you in the NFL and need a coach to motivate you, you shouldn't be in the NFL.

From my understanding his father is biracial, not fully Black. But he keeps calling him Black. Which is why he's barely Black himself, because he is mostly white. And he knows that, which is why he likes to play around with words, to describe himself.
This sh1t will always keep coming up because we're using completely made up terms and assigning our own definitions.

Other people still cling to the one drop rule and sh1t.

Other people will call an ancient person black simply because of a painting hundreds of years later, with no idea about the ancestry of the individual.

It all just creates more confusion.

Yeah he's super nerd for sure. I just heard another interview with him and I just listen and I'm like how is this guy gonna lead a football team.

Supposedly his ability is to teach things that make guys better. So they respond because it works.

Maybe another approach works better in modern ball. Dudes get salty when another grown man applies pressure. So they may respond when someone let's them push themselves but with guidance. Heard Flores was big time alpha, and it rubbed alot of people the wrong way.
