My intentions arent to hate Randle but does anyone else think we might match up better with Boston without him?

They are really tough to match up with since they got KP and moved Tatum to the 4 and i just dont like the way Randle matches up with Tatum

I don't think we need that "Next star"
We have two all nba players (it's looking good for JB this year)
And a deep team, with Hella picks, especially our own.

I don't think we are looking to lose all of that. Look at team chemistry. The defensive rotations, the way we move the ball on offense.
I can see us tweaking things, but trading Duece, who has already out played his contract, would be foolishness.

it struck me even more when thibs said in a post game that what we are seeing now deuce does in practice all the time hitting shot after shots it just had not translated into live games yet until now

true but b4 this season he was terrible and we were wondering what the team saw in him because just playing defense for his size was just not enough . he was one of the main reasons why we lost that game 6 to miami . and now we have him for a while for peanuts

Thats a good point and someone else quoted me and pointed out that we might not have the offensive fire power needed to beat the Celtics without Randle

Im still undecided, part of me thinks the way to beat them isnt by outscoring them but with defense and physicality

I dont know, i have alot of different arguments floating through my head probably because the Celtics are a somewhat uniquely built team but if we can beat down their starters and wear them out over a series, their bench is trash except for Al

But i am sure Julius would help us against any other team if healthy, i just hate that boston starting 5 lol. I would be very confident if they still had last years team
