I was a bit too young to remember Mase play in NY, but I was there for LJ heavy
Mase used to play in this summer league every summer. They would show the games on MSG. He would always run the point.
Don Nelson got ran out of town because he tried to run the offense through Mase. Ewing wasn't having it and that's how Jeff Van Gundy became our head coach.

Mase was simply ahead of his time.

Ive been feeling unusually confident about tonights game being a blowout in our favor. Just seeing how we looked in the last game with OG back, i was reminded of how well we played before he got hurt

If OG never went down i think we would have played well even without Julius. Aside from his elite defense he gives us a reliable 3rd scorer in the mix with Brunson and Divo. And that creates more opportunities for the others

Jm in the paint probably, but if Ayton is hitting his free throw line jumpers it opens up a lot for them offensively and it takes Hart and Precious out of position for rebounds.

We should win this game, especially with all of Portland's injuries. But with this poor shooting so far, anything is possible.
