To be honest I think Randle and OG maybe done for the season. Randle is hinting at surgery which I think would be the best route to go. OG arm might be more cooked than I thought. Best case scenario in my head is mid March early April.

Ive had it since late Spring. Partially my fault, i found a good routine to strengthen the wrist and forearm tendons but i need to be doing it a little more often

I had tennis elbow in the past, thats way easier to get rid of
